With family in four places, I only hear about things on the news, after they happen.
Watching out for you and your family.
Add the places your people are. Vigil Earth watches them for storms, floods, fires, unrest and travel advice, and only speaks when it has to.

Questions people ask.
Does it work outside the UK?
Yes. Disasters, reported incidents and weather cover the world. Met Office warnings are UK only. Travel advice comes from your own government.
Which iPhones?
iPhone or iPad with iOS 26 or later. The Ask needs an iPhone with Apple Intelligence.
Do I need an account?
No. Vigil Earth works the moment you open it. Sign in with Apple only if you want your places on a new phone.
What happens after the 7 days?
Vigil Pro carries on at £24.99 a year unless you cancel in Settings first. If you cancel, Home and travel advice stay free. Your other places pause and the Map locks; nothing is deleted.
Is this official government advice?
Vigil Earth shows each government's own words, with a link to the official page. It is not produced or endorsed by any government.
Does it track me?
No. It watches places, never people.
Can I put it on expenses?
Yes. Vigil Pro is a yearly subscription through Apple, and Apple emails a receipt for each payment that you can send with your expense claim.
Can my company buy it for the team?
Family Sharing covers your family, not colleagues. For a team, we can arrange access through a company or team plan. Email [email protected].
